In over 30 years of practice, I've pretty much done it all.
I started out in a big city prosecutor's office, worked for a Federal Appeals Court Judge, was a litigator with one of the world's largest and most respected law firms handling lawsuits reported on the front pages of national newspapers, and founded my own full-service business law firm with 18 people working for me in two regional offices.

Now, I am what they call a "true solo" -- no paralegals, associate lawyers, or secretaries. What does that mean?
Call me -- I answer the phone.
Hire me -- I do the work.
While my office is available for meetings, I will meet with you in YOUR office -- you've got a business to run and you can get right back to it after we're done!
I only represent a handful of clients at a time, and only in the areas of practice in which I am most experienced, skilled, and trained.
My greatest satisfaction is helping the small business owner successfully navigate the sometimes tricky legal obstacles in the entrepreneur's path.
As a business owner and entrepreneur myself, I understand the realities of business ownership.
My legal advice is tempered with the practical, seasoned outlook useful to the person trying to run a business, meet the payroll, pay for a child's education and maybe, just maybe, save a little for their golden years.
If I agree to represent you, you'll get all of the attention, experience, and expertise of former big-city, big-firm lawyer, without all the gilding and excessive hourly rates.
I will help you level the legal playing field so that you can get down to business.
