Sometimes you just need an answer to a simple question, or a short consultation.  

Perhaps you are thinking about terminating an employee, or wondering about your rights when a key employee leaves.  

Or, suddenly there's a legal question about your commercial lease, and you just need a little guidance or quick understanding of your rights & obligations.  

But, you don't have the time to invest in researching and then interviewing business lawyers (if they ever return your call), setting up a meeting with them (as if you could even get to see them within the month) . . . . you just wish someone with the knowledge and experience could answer your quick question.

Tom understands that and is happy to help, if he can (it needs to be in one of the areas in which he is experienced).  And, he'll do it timely, for a reasonable fee. 

 

Most people have their questions answered within the first fifteen minutes, but if it goes longer, Tom isn't going to hang up on you.  

Okay, interested?  Here's how it works:

You need to be a current, former, or prospective business owner, manager, officer, or investor -- Tom only represents businesses and their owners.

We have to clear any conflicts. Tom must not have a conflict of interest with you, your business, your partners, your family, or anyone on the "other side" of your issue.

You will need to pay in advance with a credit card or Pay Pal payment.  You will be billed in 15-minute increments up to 45 minutes, beyond 45 minutes you'll be billed at Tom's lower Hourly Rate.

 

Your conversation with Tom will be confidential and protected by the attorney-client privilege.

 

This consultation rate does not include document review -- Tom also offers document review fixed rates for that purpose.
